I bought this to prevent my track pad from becoming hideous colors like other peoples I have seen and it would totally do that...except after a couple weeks my pointer on the computer screen was going all crazy...apparently the track pad lost the sensitivity and it stopped functioning properly so I took it off and never used it again. And i also never had that problem again :)

I'm torn. I appreciate the protection it offers but you have to be very deliberate with how you touch the track pad.

Got this to protect the trackpad on my mac and there's not much to say. It's basically a sticker that fits on your trackpad and it protects it. It's easy to put on, and once you get use to it you barely know it's there. It has a nice texture on it, but it's not as smooth as just the trackpad itself but that's expected. The price is kind of steep for what it is, but at least you get 2, and it is easy to remove if you need to. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone that needs or wants this.
